Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our production team. The ideal candidate will oversee the overall management of projects from story development through final delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to production priorities, reporting, resources, and quota planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarity with project tracking systems and department management tools.
  • Preparation and submission of accurate project reports, as well as ad-hoc reports as required by the Producer.
  • Collaboration with the Producer, Line Producer, CG Supervisors, and Production Supervisors to proactively identify and resolve roadblocks and conflicting priorities.
  • Prioritization and communication of milestones, quotas, and deadlines to the team.
  • Notification of asset and shot production priority changes to Department Leads and Coordinators, and coordination with Production Supervisors and Coordinators on resolving variances.
  • Monitoring of internal reviews and ensuring the production team adheres to note-taking and sharing etiquette.
  • Identification of issues in reviews that may affect budget or brief, and proactive sharing of information with the Producer.
  • Line-producing the Production Supervisors and Coordinators daily, ensuring tasks are understood and executed.
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing the production management team to ensure they possess the necessary equipment and knowledge for their roles.
  • Managing project guidelines for TIL (Time in lieu) according to company policy and in conjunction with the Producer.
  • Managing project leave, ensuring it aligns with the project schedule, and managing the project leave schedule, flagging any issues with the Producer.
  • Professional and timely communication among team members.
  • Proactive identification of issues, problems, or changes, recommendation of solutions, and timely communication to relevant parties.
  • Liaison with Producers and Leads to facilitate efficient communication.
