This role is responsible for coordinating the supply chain operations of Synergy House Furniture Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of logistics and procurement processes.

Main Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Liaising with factories and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods.
  2. Maintaining accurate stock inventory records and performing periodic audits to ensure accuracy.
  3. Managing purchase orders, goods received notes, invoices, and delivery orders for materials and finished goods purchases.
  4. Performing any order management, warehousing, or transportation duties assigned, including ad-hoc and special projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Higher Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • No work experience required; fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Any experience in Purchasing roles/relevant field will be a great bonus.
  • Required Skills: Microsoft Office, inventory, purchasing, operation, logistic.
