Key Responsibilities

Operations and Maintenance
  • Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Monitor submission of service partners' daily inspection and periodic service reports.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of waste management, pest control, cleaning, and landscaping.
  • Review service partners' deployment and duties for optimal use of manpower.
  • Regularly inspect for conformance to service standards and expectations of cleanliness and waste management.
  • Identify, collate, and report any building defects.
  • Monitor the service partners' schedule and ensure that they carry out their duties accordingly.
  • Coordinate with vendors for their training programs for cleaners, landscapers, and pest control.
  • Coordinate and support events from setup requirements to logistical support, including AV setup, liaising with the onsite support team on layout, etc.
  • Facilities coordinator acts as permit holder.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
