Finance and Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Administration Manager to join our team at Ergoworks Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing warehouse staff work and delivery schedules, optimizing delivery efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in order processing, logistics, or fulfillment. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage warehouse staff work and delivery schedules, optimize delivery efficiency.
- Handle attendance tracking and ensure proper payroll calculations based on worker hours (for part-timers).
- Process incoming orders from customers, ensuring that all orders are accurately recorded and invoiced.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
