  • Team Coordination: Work closely with subsidiary finance teams to ensure consistency in accounting practices.
  • System Improvements: Recommend and implement financial systems and process improvements for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) considered an advantage.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in group and subsidiary accounting, including intercompany account reconciliation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount/Excel) and e-invoicing systems.
  • Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrates ethical behavior, integrity, and high attention to detail in all activities.
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Working Hours: 5 days work week
