Position Overview

The Data Centre Capacity Integration Specialist will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Data Centres. This key role involves managing the entire lifecycle of new capacity projects, from planning and implementation to operational readiness and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead End-to-End Integration Projects: Manage end-to-end integration projects for new data centre capacity, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Capacity Planning Collaboration: Collaborate with the capacity planning team to understand future capacity requirements and ensure smooth integration of new infrastructure.
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design, construction, and operations teams, to ensure seamless integration of new capacity.
  4. Operational Readiness Planning: Develop and execute operational readiness plans, including testing, documentation, and training, to ensure new capacity is fully operational upon integration.
  5. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure all new capacity meets company standards and regulatory requirements.
  6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on operations.
  7. Reporting and Updates: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
