We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced APAC Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting payroll operations across the APAC region, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for APAC countries, including verification and input of payroll data into the payroll system.
  • Assist in payroll calculations and resolve discrepancies related to payroll processing.
  • Ensure payroll data integrity and compliance with tax and social security regulations in each country.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues or queries.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in one or more APAC countries.
  • Familiarity with payroll software and payroll practices in a centralized environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets accurately.
  • Basic understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in APAC countries.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
