Job Description

  • Responsible for Group Payroll and all payroll-related roles, including managing statutory payments and generating relevant reports.
  • Handle IR matters related to unions and liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance.
  • Assist the HR Chief in the yearly Performance Review Process and Proposal to Management.
  • In charge of Group HR ISO 9001:2015 Compliance and Audit.
  • Generate yearly EA forms and Borong B submissions to the tax department.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments and tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and Times Pay System skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
