PWM (PET WORLD INTERNATIONAL SDN BHD) is a leading company in the industry, and we are looking for a talented HR Payroll Specialist to join our team.
Job Description
- Responsible for Group Payroll and all payroll-related roles, including managing statutory payments and generating relevant reports.
- Handle IR matters related to unions and liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance.
- Assist the HR Chief in the yearly Performance Review Process and Proposal to Management.
- In charge of Group HR ISO 9001:2015 Compliance and Audit.
- Generate yearly EA forms and Borong B submissions to the tax department.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and tasks as requested by management.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Strong MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and Times Pay System skills.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Critical thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and strong judgment and decision-making abilities.
