  6. Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining and improving all equipment/processes related to efficiency, cycle times, capacity, and capabilities.
  7. Customer Collaboration: Coordinate with customers to determine product specifications, design changes, and DFX engagement.
  8. Early NPI Involvement: Participate in early NPI involvement and new capabilities readiness for mass production.
  9. Risk Assessment: Apply FMEA/statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential risk.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Possesses a Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field is required.
