Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Provide technical guidance to IQA teams as needed.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure timely resolution of incoming material dispositions and releases.
  • Generate reports and insights for SQE department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of semiconductor and passive commodities.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IQA, SQE, engineering, or quality.
  • Contract manufacturing industry experience an asset.
  • Previous experience in SQE/IQA-related tasks an added advantage.
