Responsibilities

  1. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines issued by relevant regulatory authorities.
  2. Trade Surveillance: Detect and prevent market abuse, insider trading, and other fraudulent activities through our trade surveillance systems.
  3. AML/CFT Compliance: Follow our AML/CFT policies and procedures to mitigate the risk of money laundering and terrorist financing.
  4. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular compliance reports, highlighting identified compliance issues and recommended remedial actions.
  5. Training and Education: Provide compliance training and awareness programs to employees to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
