Job Description:

This role will involve managing and building our existing team of analysts in Kuala Lumpur, as well as handling the complex case workflow for the regional IM businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the corporate intelligence, due diligence, and investigations sector, including experience leading teams delivering these services.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Line management of the Malaysia Investment Migration team, currently comprising six team members.
  2. Drive and build the team further, making additional hires to accommodate increasing workflows.
  3. Management of regional Investment Migration case management, including management of case administration, workflow delivery, editorial processes, and QA processes.
  4. Management of APAC client communications and periodic international travel to clients in Americas and Europe.
  5. Collaboration with APAC CI management team around client development, capacity building, and other regional initiatives.
  6. Collaboration with Investment Migration global leadership in London to implement ongoing product development and quality alignment.
