Job Description

The Learning & Development (LD) Specialist/Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs ensuring effective execution of compliance standards across all Compliance Ops functions. In this role, you will initiate and deliver training sessions to Compliance Ops agents, focusing on compliance case reviews, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs to equip Compliance Ops agents with necessary knowledge and skills to perform BAU duties and meet regulatory standards.">
  • Evaluate training session effectiveness by gathering feedback, monitoring performance, and assessing compliance-related outcomes.">
  • Perform regular training needs assessments across Compliance Ops teams to identify areas for improvement and create tailored training solutions to address skill gaps or emerging compliance risks.">
  • Conduct refresher training as needed to reinforce key compliance principles.">
  • Work closely with QA, Compliance Ops functions, and other relevant teams to align training initiatives with compliance objectives, ensuring consistency and relevance in all training materials.">
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other resources, to reflect latest compliance requirements and best practices.">
  • Stay informed on changes in industry regulations and compliance trends, ensuring all training materials and programs are updated in line with current standards and guidelines.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in the FinTech/Crypto/Financial Institutions industry.">
  • Previous experience in training, coaching, or educating individuals in a compliance setting is highly desirable.">
  • CAMS or ICA certification is a plus.">
  • Able to work on-site.">
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for diverse audiences.">
  • Ability to provide clear, concise, and engaging training materials and documentation.">
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards, such as AML, CDD, Sanctions, etc.">
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.">
  • Ability to develop training content based on regulatory changes and emerging compliance trends.">
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.">
