Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Lead and manage the finance team in Johor, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Leverage advanced analytical skills to inform business decisions, driving strategic growth and profitability.
Requirements
- A degree in Accountancy or Finance is essential, with certifications such as CPA/CFA/ACCA highly desirable.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance role, with a proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 and ERP systems.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
