As a seasoned software engineer at OCBC Bank, you will be responsible for providing top-notch application support and enhancement for our banking applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge in AS400 programming using RPG/LE, CL/LE, Control-M and Connect Direct.

You will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.

In addition, you will contribute to the design and implementation of new features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Able to understand system design and provide impact analysis to any changes.

Preferred candidate will have good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working in a 24x7 offsite standby support environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support and enhancement for banking applications
  • Perform Level 2 of production support
  • Identify and resolve production issues
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features
  • Understand system design and provide impact analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:
