At Segnel Creative, we are seeking a skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in graphics design across various platforms.

The role involves creating world-class visual art and assets for top international projects, utilizing advanced industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other specialized software.

• Concept Development:
  • Research and gather reference to inspire the proposal based on a deep understanding of client needs and project objectives.
  • Develop detailed mockups, storyboard, and propose design concepts, incorporating feedback and iterating.
• Designing and Creation:
  • Create high-quality digital design assets for branding, mobile games UI, social media campaigns, and design assets for motion and videos.
  • Produce innovative and high-quality design layouts that align with various digital platforms as per the client specifications.
• Project Management:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of creative projects from concept to delivery.
  • Understand the scheduling and organize the workflows efficiently to meet strict deadlines without compromising quality standards.
  • Conduct training for juniors in the use of production.

  • Creative Skills:
    • High comprehension to align the clients' needs and ability to replicate them at a professional level.
    • Ability to adapt innovative and high-quality design layouts and changes for various digital platforms as per client specifications.
    • Ability to conduct the storyboard and the proposal based on client's requirements with a creative process.
    • A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, color theory, typography, and composition in visual design.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, and UI/UX design principles.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
    • Work with analytical and logical thinking to consider multiple perspectives to drive the projects.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in graphics design across various platforms.
    • A portfolio showcasing diverse projects that demonstrate technical skills and creativity.
    • Adequate proposal experience for pre-production.
  • Education:
    • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
