Key Responsibilities

Cash Application:

  1. Download bank statements and allocate daily work to the team.
  2. Review and apply cash/credit flow into the system against invoices/debits.
  3. Research and resolve unidentified & unapplied payments.
  4. Respond to generic mailbox queries.
  5. Update cross-entity payment trackers.
  6. Collaborate with language-enabled delivery centers for closure on language-dependent cases.

Customer Master/Credits:

  1. Setup, update, or edit customer accounts in the system.
  2. Follow up with requesters/customers for discrepancies.
  3. Complete tasks and respond back to stakeholders via email.

Overall:

  1. Coordinate with external clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  2. Meet month-end and year-end closer timelines.
  3. Continuously improve processes and share best practices.
  4. Achieve team metrics by meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
