This role is perfect for someone who is highly driven, hands-on, independent, organised, and knows how to juggle high-volume tech and digital hiring like a pro. You'll partner with a diverse mix of stakeholders, help shape our talent strategy, and play a key role in scaling teams across the region.
You will lead end-to-end hiring for technology and digital roles in the APAC region—from sourcing to signing. Own your pipeline like a boss: attract, engage, and close top-tier talent across multiple functions. Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand their needs and craft tailored hiring strategies. Help launch new teams and markets in the APAC region by building talent from the ground up. Keep our ATS (Greenhouse) squeaky clean and up to date with everything from candidate notes to hiring data. Champion the onboarding process, because ensuring the successful candidate has a positive new joiner experience is critical. Stay agile, adaptable, and always ready to pivot—this team is growing, and fast.
