Job Description:
This Quality and Reliability Assurance Specialist role plays a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our DRAM products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints, conducting analysis, and communicating results to customers and internal stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage FA of Customer Concerns: Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate detailed component level analysis and interpret results: Analyze data from various sources, identify trends and variations, and communicate results to customers.
- Provide FA Reports to External Customers: Create comprehensive reports summarizing RMA background and FA results, including root cause analysis and recommended improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Physics/Computer Engineering or meaningful experience.
- Able to use Excel/JMP for data analysis.
- Able to work independently with less job supervision.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work across various functional teams.
- Good and positive interpersonal skills and growth mindset.
