Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Lam Global Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs, determining the most suitable technology solutions.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and insights to business needs, challenging and enabling the optimal fit and technology solution.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of interaction, dependencies, and alignment of various corporate initiatives, business units, and IT strategies.
Key Requirements
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end Procure to Pay processes, including master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, Inventory strategies, Sub-contracting, Purchase order management, Inbound logistics, Costing, Supplier invoicing, Indirect Procurement, and Supplier Collaboration.
  • Able to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement.
  • Experience working with various Supply Chain Execution & Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP S/4, SAP Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies - OneNetwork, Coupa, etc.) to enable future-state business capabilities.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional team leadership experience.
  • Experience working with consultants in support and projects spaces.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Operations, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years overall SAP experience with 3+ years of experience in ECC & S/4 (MM, PP).
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems, including SAP and No-code platforms.
  • Have led more than one end-to-end implementation program, including Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, as well as training and data conversion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
