Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance Operations: Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.
  2. Equipment Reliability Programs: Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for plant equipment.
  3. Shutdown Planning: Plan and coordinate plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls.
  4. Maintenance Data Analysis: Monitor maintenance data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Budget Management: Manage maintenance budget, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in biodiesel, oleochemical, petrochemical, or refinery plants.
  • Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and failure mode and effect analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) software.
