Your professional profile should include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing or related field
  • Min. 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
  • Ideally some first experience in HR / recruitment marketing / employer branding
  • Strong proficiency in writing, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
  • Proficient in using analytics to review effectiveness of campaigns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
