About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing user guides, manuals, and other technical documentation for our property management software. They will also design and deliver comprehensive training programs for internal teams and external clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality technical documentation that meets the needs of both internal teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with business architects, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and interpret technical information.
  • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that caters to both non-technical audiences and external users.
  • Maintain and update documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and changes in our property management solution.
  • Develop visual aids such as diagrams, flowcharts, and infographics to enhance understanding.
  • Support in documenting SOPs to be used for our in-house operation team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing and training, preferably in the property management or real estate industry or software industry.
  • Strong skills in word processing and documentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
  • Experience with technical communication tools and content management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various technical teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand complex information and convey it in an effective and comprehensible manner.
