Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digitalisation Expert to lead the strategic direction of our agency application.

  • The role primarily serves as the Product Owner responsible for overseeing the operations and implementation of critical platforms for the growth and operations of AIA Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and orchestrate strategic discussions on LMS and ALPA, including Discovery Workshops, requirements gathering, User Story creation, Product backlog planning, UAT Strategy and Planning, Test Case Review, and project delivery.

Create detailed documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, process flows.

Implement and adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes in close collaboration with Tech, PMO, and Solutions teams. Work in an Agile environment with solid understanding of AIA SDLC ways of working to deliver, manage and implement complex requirements.

Understand key agency metrics to identify potential pain points/ opportunities for targeted intervention / improvement for the app and platform. Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions that aligns with business goals.

Actively engage with business users and cross-functional teams on planned initiatives and work closely with on-ground teams to capture feedback on efficiency.

Work with UI/UX designers, developers, and product owners to design user-friendly solutions.

Support change management team with guides, enquiries support to agency helpdesk channel (when required).

Ensure 100% stability and 100% availability of ALPA and iPOS which are essential to business continuity.
