Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team at HLA. As a key player in our retail operation, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Product Display: Ensure visually appealing product displays, showcasing merchandise in a way that appeals to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with managing stock levels, monitoring inventory, and reordering products as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Handle customer transactions accurately, maintaining a secure and efficient cash handling process.
Requirements
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Education: SPM or above qualification, with relevant work experience preferred.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Previous retail experience and proficiency in Mandarin language are valuable assets.
