Welcome to Comet Plasma Control Technologies, where innovation and excellence come together We are looking for a Director of Global Manufacturing Operations to lead our Plasma Control Technologies division to new heights. As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for driving global production excellence, optimizing production flow, and reducing costs.
About the Job:
- Oversee global production of all PCT products at multiple locations, ensuring volume, cost, waste, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce lead times, and enhance quality.
- Partner with the Supply Chain team to optimize raw material procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- Masters' or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing Management.
- Minimum 15 years in production management within a multinational environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong understanding of global manufacturing processes.
- Experience in supplying to the semiconductor industry.
