At STS, we are seeking a top-tier Inspector to join our dynamic Inspection team. As a leading group in the global renewable energy sector, we operate in fourteen countries across North America, Europe, India and Asia.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various inspection activities carried out at various locations as per the project requirement and preparing various reports. The role involves coordinating and performing pre-dispatch and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements.
  • Verify the conditions on site (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspection.
  • Coordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager.
  • Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist.
  • Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule.
  • Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.
  • Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field or above and have at least 3 years of experience in the PV module industry. Additionally, you should be able to correctly interpret inspection specifications and test procedures.
