The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor daily financial operations, including payments, invoicing, and other transactions. They will also supervise the finance assistant, ensuring tasks are assigned and completed on time.

Liaising with lawyers, tax agents, auditors, bankers, department heads, and property agents for both the retail podium and commercial suites is an essential part of this role. Additionally, they will be responsible for monitoring and managing cash flow, preparing the annual budget for committee approval, and reviewing financial data to prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

The successful candidate will also oversee human resources tasks, such as verifying staff salaries, ensuring timely payroll processing, and recruiting new employees when needed. Effective communication with owners, tenants, and top management to resolve issues as they arise is critical.
