The successful candidate will lead project improvements on Lean manufacturing/OEE/Operation efficiency, setup Work Instructions, FMEAs, Control Plans, SPCs, Preventive Maintenance and Training related to SMT equipment operation, work with external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment and manufacturing processes, continuously improve equipment and manufacturing operation processes, and provide technical support to the Value Stream team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for equipment operation and maintenance.
- Train personnel on new processes and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and techniques.
