NOREL is looking for a Regulatory Affairs & QA/QC Specialist to ensure the highest product standards through quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes.

This role will involve managing product registration and compliance for our animal feed additives plant in Malaysia and across the APAC region, maintaining strong relationships with the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Product Registration and Compliance:
    • Register products with the Department of Veterinary Services (DVS) in Malaysia.
    • Maintain strong relationships with DVS to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Certifications and Quality Management:
    • Oversee certifications for both the plant and the products (e.g., GMP+, FAMI-QS).
    • Ensure the new facility complies with all regulatory and quality standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in regulatory affairs and QA/QC within the animal feed, pharmaceutical, or food industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of DVS regulations and international feed additive registration requirements.
  • Experience with QA/QC standards, laboratory setup, and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with GMP+, FAMI-QS, and other industry certifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with regulators, distributors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages is an advantage.
