Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our General Ledger team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting for billing, receipts, joint ventures, labor, expense accruals, and cost recharge
  • Prepare and review profit and loss statements with Japan affiliates
  • Reconcile balance sheets, including historical data cleansing
  • Generate IRIS reports
  • Prepare statutory financial statements
  • Support external and internal audits
  • Contribute to General Ledger operational excellence projects
  • Perform other assigned tasks, such as raising SNOW tickets and IT tickets

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in audit, commercial accounting, or shared services accounting
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese languages, both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
  • Team player qualities and ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned duties
  • Conversant in Oracle and Google Workspace, or experience with other ERPs
