  4. Financial Reporting: Track agreed costs against actual payments and communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding the invoicing process.

  5. Risk Identification: Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects and contracts.

  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors/suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years working experience in real estate and/or facility-related fields.

  • Experience managing industrial property projects under different contractual models.

  • Strong background in project management, contract negotiation, source-to-pay process.

  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP/Ariba.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Resilient, independent, reliable, proactive, team player.

  • Collaborative, dynamic, adaptable.

  • Language requirements: English and Mandarin.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Maintain current knowledge of industry developments.

  • Flexible to travel.
