About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Technician/电气工程技术员 to join our team at Techware, a leading provider of comprehensive advanced manufacturing services. As a Precision Assembly Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of electrical assembly projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions from Team Lead, supervisor and engineer to ensure timely completion of team's deliverables for each work package, Project Milestones and tender proposals, within budget.
  • Ensure that design verifications and design validations are carried out to confirm the design with the assistance of relevant system/subsystem engineers.
  • Architect solutions together with specialist for each project, utilizing technical engineering and administrative skills.
  • Facilitate to resolve escalated technical issues and create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
  • Provide technical and program-level support and guidance to the team, including execution strategies, and necessary technical skills required in upcoming projects and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing/precision engineering environment.
  • Experience in electrical assembly, with a strong understanding of basic electrical drawing, schematic & GD&T.
  • Demonstrate Leadership capabilities and possess excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills (both written and verbal).
  • Involvement in Continual Improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S, Lean, Kaizen).
