Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone who enjoys coding, playing, and learning new technologies.
  • The successful candidate will provide training and consultancy on applications using Joget.
  • They will work closely with the Product R&D, Marketplace, Customer Success, and Sales team to design and architect Joget solutions that meet customer needs.
  • The individual will conduct research and development, and occasionally build proof-of-concepts.
  • As part of the team, they will grow Joget's ecosystem by developing connectors/plugins with third-party systems.
  • They will create Joget apps for various business use cases/verticals to showcase the capabilities of the Joget platform.
  • The apps, plugins, and solutions will be published in the Joget Marketplace (marketplace.joget.com).
  • The consultant will support users and customers in solving issues faced when using our products.
  • They will document and contribute learning materials to help users and customers.
Requirements:

The following requirements must be met:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field of study.
  • 1-5 years of experience in similar fields.
  • Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, resourcefulness, and proactivity when issues arise.
  • Comfortable working with Java programming and using Java technology for web-based applications, preferably in Apache Maven, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Excellent database and SQL skills, especially MySQL.
  • Troubleshooting mindset - mitigation and resolution of issues.
  • Good communication skill in English in both written and spoken.

Highly Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Joget DX or similar products.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
  • Experience with subversion or git, continuous integration, and deployment tools.
  • Experience with unit testing.
  • Experience with secure coding practices.
  • Experience working with different OS and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in mobile Android or iOS development.
