About the Role

The Linaco Group is seeking a highly skilled HR professional to lead our HR operations team. As an Assistant HR Manager/ Senior HR Strategist, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating HR services and strategies, including policy administration, staffing, selection and recruitment.

Key Performance Indicators
  1. Develop and implement HR metrics to measure employee engagement and productivity.
  2. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws and Employment Act.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational development strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate records of employee data and performance evaluations.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in complex matrix organisations.
  • Experience in internal and external audits such as ISO, BRIC, FSSC, SEDEX certification requirements is an added advantage.
