We are looking for a seasoned Sales Engineer to join our team at RP International.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with VRF and chiller systems, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions for HVAC systems.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and drive sales strategies for VRF and chiller systems.
  • Deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams on product applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to meet client expectations.
  • Ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in sales/engineering of VRF and chiller systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/HVAC Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Proven sales success with client relationship management.
  • Mandarin-speaking skills required due to frequent liaison with Chinese counterparts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HVAC design software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments.
