Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a queue of pricing requests and providing detailed quotes and analyses to internal teams.

They will also ensure quotes are compliant with company policies and meet pricing guidelines.

This includes implementing pricing adjustments as directed by senior management or pricing guidelines.

Preparation and management of simple quotes for level 1 deals using established tools and processes is another key responsibility.

Additionally, the Pricing Administrator will prepare pricing promptly and accurately to support decision-making processes.

Inputting and managing data within Salesforce and other CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance, is another critical aspect of this role.

Maintaining updated records of quotes, pricing approvals, and order processing activities is essential.

The ideal candidate will also be able to track and document pricing approvals, ensuring proper records for auditing and compliance purposes.

Establishing strong relationships with Sales, Controlling, Representatives, Projects, Service, and other internal resources as appropriate is crucial.

The Pricing Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, helping them navigate quoting processes.

Follow-up on Sales Orders to check on status and relay messages onto the appropriate individual(s) is another important task.

Fully communicating pricing details to sales reps, ensuring they have the necessary information to proceed with customer conversations, is essential.

Collaborating with Contracts/Sales/Management Team to resolve issues is also required.

The successful candidate must maintain a record of issues and updated records.

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree or its equivalent in the related field.
  • At least 1 year relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Basic Pricing Principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Applications (word/excel/powerpoint/outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and task execution.
  • Ability to follow predefined processes and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer-focused attitude, with a desire to contribute to a positive customer experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Prior experience in sales support or project coordination experience is preferred.
