Job Description
  1. Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, ensuring they meet LC Waikiki's standards and objectives.
  2. Maximize store productivity and commercial focus to achieve the highest level of profitability.
  3. Drive performance and growth through excellent operational and commercial execution.
  4. Establish exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  5. Maintain high standards of store layout and visual merchandising.
  6. Achieve sales targets, productivity/m2, and profit objectives.
  7. Achieve internal audit performance targets.
  8. Control shrinkage rates and expenses, improving conversion rates.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. Malaysian citizen only.
  3. Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  4. Minimum 4 years of retail experience in a managerial position.
  5. Financial awareness and commercial mindset.
  6. Marvelous customer service and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to develop, sales-driven, and results-oriented.
  8. Problem-solving, organizing, and planning skills.
  9. Multicultural environment adaptability.
