The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Strategist to join our Lending team. This individual will oversee end-to-end process for lending products related communication to our drivers.

Critical Tasks:

  • Create, strategize, plan, and accomplish digital communications including marketing content, strategy, and campaigns in collaboration with multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with partners to create ideas to increase awareness of lending products.
  • Work with partners to review communication content and ensure necessary approvals before building the communication.
  • Measure, analyze, and report important metrics and insights to relevant partners on the effectiveness of communications, content, strategies, and campaign performance.
  • Identify challenges and create communication strategies and action plans.
  • Mentor contractor staff to ensure smooth operations execution and quality of deliverables.
  • Monitor marketing budget and communication schedule.
  • Work with Lending Operations to oversee development of new product enhancements for marketing and communication.
  • Identify gaps in existing content and recommend new ideas and topics to target all stages of the sales funnel.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing communications or any communication space, along with copywriting/content writing experience.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and HTML.
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel (capable of performing complex functions).
  • Creative mindset with ability to design impactful infographic content.
  • Flexibility to respond swiftly to content needs or changes.
  • Experience with sales funnels and customer journey.
