We have an exciting opportunity for a Production and Engineering Manager to join our team at PT. PERSOLKELLY Recruitment Indonesia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
This includes conducting regular inspections and maintenance of equipment, as well as developing and implementing procedures for optimal performance.
You will also collaborate with our quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additionally, you will provide on-the-job training to new employees and recommend internal or external training for technical staff and employees.
Establishing and monitoring the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) in the technical department is another key responsibility.
This involves conducting awareness sessions and attending training sessions as required.
In terms of qualifications, a Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required.
At least two years of working experience as a Production Engineer Manager in a Pharmaceutical/Cosmetic/FMCG reputable company is essential.
Experience handling tube filling machine is preferable.
Experience with PLC and Pneumatics Working System is also beneficial.
Fluency in English in both writing and speaking is mandatory.
