Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all facilities operations, planning, maintenance, documentation, and data center operations in the mission-critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include instilling and inculcating the facilities operations team to perform their duties and work in an ethical and professional manner in accordance with the data center policy, procedure, and industry best practices.

Maintaining service level agreements and vendor relationships appropriate for the data center's facilities operations and customer objectives is also a key responsibility.

Providing technical advice in facilities management and supporting technical matters related to regulatory codes and compliances is essential.

Requirements

A minimum degree holder in mechanical, electrical, or its equivalent in an engineering field is required.

Candidates must have 5 years or more of experience in data center critical infrastructure management or 10 years of working experience in a related field.

Strong knowledge in critical electrical and mechanical equipment in data centers such as UPS, STS, Genset, CRAH/CRAC units, PDUs, Chillers, BMS, and Fire Systems is necessary.
