About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all invoices received for payments and undertaking the payment of all payables in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and verification of invoices and payments.
  • Maintenance of accounts payable records and updates to standard operation procedures and desk procedures.
  • Confirmation of accuracy of payments made to vendors/staff/local authorities.
  • Performance of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting closing activities.
