  • The ideal candidate will have experience in process development within the semiconductor or optical industry and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Key responsibilities include designing experiments, analyzing results, and implementing process control plans.
  • Achieving process capability and stabilization using 6sigma methods is critical for this role.
Your Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Mechatronics, Electronic Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or Optics.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process development within the semiconductor or optical industry.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes in the optical or semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, DOE, and statistical techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
  • Target-driven personality with high execution focus.
