Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for providing valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business teams to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth.
  2. Develop and maintain robust data analytics solutions using VBA/Python/SQL.
  3. Lead cross-functional teams' data analytics projects to achieve business objectives.
  4. Monitor and optimize reporting flow from back-end to front-end.
  5. Apply advanced data analysis techniques to solve complex problems and gain business insights.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex questions into actionable solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology.
  2. 3 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.

Work Arrangement:

  1. 3 days @ L'Oreal office
  2. 2 days @ AMT Office

Salary Range: RM5,000 - RM10,000
