- To provide prompt end-user support, troubleshoot problems and update the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
- Coordinate with vendors for ERP system change requests, integrations, and system support, fostering strong relationships and resolving complex issues.
- Responsible for managing user access to company computerized systems, performing regular backups of all servers, maintaining software and overseeing entire company IT infrastructure.
- Lead and support IT implementation of new projects and systems, conducting IT training sessions as required, driving business growth through innovative solutions.
- Execute and assist in planning, organizing, and managing various assigned IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, cost, and quality standards.
- Compare and recommend IT software or services as required, making informed decisions that drive business success.
- Manage and improve company business systems to ensure business continuity and zero downtime for smooth operation, minimizing disruptions.
- Perform other duties assigned from time to time, adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing or equivalent, demonstrating solid technical knowledge.
- At least 1-2 years experience in Business Information Technology, MIS/IT or related field, showcasing your ability to apply technical skills in real-world scenarios.
- Experience in ERP net application is mandatory, with retail background and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business units and team members, facilitating effective collaboration and decision-making.
- Knowledge in retail business process mapping, e-commerce is an advantage, allowing you to bring fresh insights and ideas to the table.
- Knowledge in SQL script is an advantage, enabling you to write efficient code and optimize database performance.
