Job Summary:
As a Retail Vehicle Financing Professional at Maybank, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing new national car dealers and other assigned dealers, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with dealers, facilitating open communication and resolving any issues promptly.
- Receiving submissions from dealers, initiating document collection, and transferring documents to the Processing Executive for further processing.
- Conducting site visits to customer premises, verifying customer information and providing reports accordingly.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell Bank products, such as credit cards, to customers and merchants.
- Monitoring disbursement and growth targets for Retail Hire Purchase, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales objectives.
Requirements:
- Possess strong marketing skills to effectively promote Bank products and services.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting confidently with people at all levels.
- Show ability to work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision.
