About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint Security Engineer to join our team at TIME's group. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining enterprise-level Endpoint security solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Endpoint Security Implementation: Develop and implement security-related workflows, processes, and automation procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our Endpoint devices.
  • Security Risk Management: Proactively identify gaps, risks, and issues, and escalate them to management for prompt resolution.
  • Technology Advancement: Stay current with new security technologies and recommend changes or actions to management as appropriate.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide escalated troubleshooting and support assistance for Endpoint security technologies and native/3rd party security and Endpoint management tools.
  • Capacity Planning and Performance Monitoring: Ensure the sustained and improved availability of mobility services.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure thorough testing of solutions for functionality and compatibility.
  • Vendor and Team Collaboration: Coordinate service/support needs with vendors, application support teams, and internal teams through effective partnership, collaboration, and communication.
  • Change Management: Provide change request leadership for the deployment of application or infrastructure-related changes.
  • Incident and Problem Resolution: Participate in application troubleshooting and security incident problem resolution with other infrastructure teams.
  • Standards and Policies: Maintain and define hardware, software, and configuration standards (Operational Runbooks and Playbooks).
  • Endpoint Security Hardening: Manage the process and serve as a subject matter expert for hardening the configuration of various Endpoint devices.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership towards accomplishing major upgrades and new product onboarding deployments in the area of Endpoint Security.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree/Diploma in IT, Electronics Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 – 8 years working experience and 5 years EUT related in a large enterprise (>2000 staff) with multi-location.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers and Proxy, Microsoft Technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, O365, SCCM, File and Print services, ServiceNow, and basic network knowledge including DNS, DHCP, LDAP, network load-balancing.
  • Additional Skills: Experience using Internet Proxy servers, Symantec backup software, MobileIron, Intune, TCP/IP, SMTP, HTTP, JAMF, and troubleshooting.
