At Hello Dental Clinic, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Assistant/Dental Surgery Assistant to join our team. With a strong focus on patient care and customer satisfaction, this role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional service to our clients.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately RM20,000 per month, based on the current market standards in Kuala Lumpur. This figure is commensurate with the qualifications, experience, and skills required for this position.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Greeting clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all who enter our clinic.
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and assisting with administrative documents.
  • Providing excellent customer service by being attentive, responsive, and courteous at all times.
  • Scheduling appointments efficiently and effectively, ensuring that our clients' needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Assisting with administrative documents, such as maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum education requirement of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
  • The ability to speak fluent Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental clinic setting.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
