Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial accounting functions of core activities companies within the Group, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Implement and maintain effective accounting procedures and systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Monitor and manage treasury functions, including liquidity planning, cash management, and funding requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance financial systems, processes, tools, and internal control policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal business units to provide financial information and support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • A recognized degree or professional qualification in accounting (ACCA or equivalent) and membership of MIA.
  • At least 5 years of experience in property development and conversant with the latest Financial Reporting standards.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
  • Positive and pro-active attitude, high degree of integrity, maturity, and pleasant personality.
  • An independent and dynamic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
