About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Club Floor and Lounge meet the highest standards of quality and service. This will involve supervising a team of staff, monitoring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of Club Floor staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality product standards.
- Maintain accurate room counts and ensure that all rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections of the Club Floor and Lounge to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
- Assume overall responsibility for maintaining standards to ensure furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean, in good repair, and well-maintained.
- Proven experience in a similar role or management position within a hospitality setting.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
